Before Your Session

  • Avoid alcohol for 24 hours and recreational substances for 48 hours
  • Stay well hydrated
  • Continue prescribed medications as directed

 

The Night Before

  • Rest well and enjoy a calm evening
  • Take quiet time to ground and connect inward

 

On The Day

  • Eat a nourishing breakfast (sessions last 5–6 hours with no meal breaks)
  • Skip caffeine on the morning of your session
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing
  • Bring your prepared questions, they guide your Quantum Journey
  • Arrive on time, and unplugged from your mobile
  • If needed, let others know you will be unavailable during this time
  • Keep the rest of your day free, slow and gentle
