Changes to Terms These Terms may be updated periodically. Proceeding with a session indicates acceptance of the latest version.
Booking & Payment Booking is confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received.
Full payment is due before or on the day of session.
No-shows on the day require full payment.
Refunds and Cancellations Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made at least 60 hours before the session.
Payments for completed sessions are non-refundable.
Nature of QHHT Sessions QHHT is a spiritual hypnosis process for self-guided healing and insight. It is not a substitute for medical or psychological advice, and you are responsible for disclosing any relevant health information.
Consent & Disclaimer You will be guided to the Consent Agreement and Disclaimer after booking. Participation confirms your acknowledgment and agreement.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnity Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.
Orla Magill is not liable for any outcomes, actions, or emotional responses resulting from sessions. Clients agree to hold Orla harmless from any claims or expenses arising from participation.
Force Majeure If a session is delayed or cancelled due to illness, technical issues, or unforeseen events, it will be rescheduled.
Entire Agreement & Severability These Terms form the entire agreement between you and Quantum Journey.
If any part is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
Governing Law These Terms are governed by Irish law.
